Yes. We run daily encrypted backups across multiple regions. Enterprise plans get point-in-time recovery.
Can I import from Zoho, NetSuite, or QuickBooks?▾
Self-serve CSV import is available for chart of accounts, customers, and open invoices. Enterprise plans get a free white-glove migration.
Do you have a mobile app?▾
Yes — iOS, Android, and a PWA that works offline. All tiers.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
Credit card (Stripe), DuitNow (Malaysia), PayNow (Singapore), QRIS (Indonesia), PromptPay (Thailand), GCash (Philippines), VietQR (Vietnam), and bank transfer for Enterprise.
How does annual billing work?▾
Annual plans get 20% off the monthly price and are billed once a year. Cancel any time for a prorated refund.
Is there a minimum contract?▾
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. Annual plans are a one-year commitment with the 20% discount.
Where is my data hosted?▾
Cloudflare global edge + Supabase (AWS multi-region). GDPR-compliant, SOC 2 Type II in progress.
Which countries does TradeStance support?▾
TradeStance is live in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam, with country-specific tax, e-invoicing, and payment integrations. We are expanding across the rest of Asia — Hong Kong, India, China, Japan, Korea — and beyond in 2026–2027.
Is TradeStance a NetSuite alternative?▾
Yes. NetSuite deploys for roughly RM 80,000–200,000 per year in Malaysia; TradeStance delivers equivalent accounting, inventory, manufacturing, CRM, and reporting functionality from RM 1,430 per year, with native ASEAN localisation (MyInvois, InvoiceNow Peppol, e-Faktur, e-Tax Invoice, e-Invoice) and marketplace connectors (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, Tiki) built in rather than sold as add-ons.
